Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping — Free on all orders, worldwide.
Express Shipping — Available at checkout for an additional fee. Exact cost shown at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way at the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at support@jestty.com.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential charges before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe — contact us.
We'll investigate with the carrier and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they've shipped.
