Refund policy

30-Day Returns We want you to feel confident in your gear. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This exceeds the minimum 14-day cancellation right required under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, compression sleeves, braces, and other items worn directly against skin are sealed items exempt from return once the seal is broken/unpacked, unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Please inspect packaging before opening if you're unsure about fit.

How to Start a Return Email support@jestty.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return address and next steps within [X] business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect).

Exchanges Need a different size or leg side (Left/Right)? Contact us within 30 days of delivery — we'll help you exchange for the correct fit, subject to availability.
