Return Shipping
For size exchanges and remorse returns (changed your mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We'll provide a return shipping address once your request is approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you do not need to return it. Simply email us a photo at support@jestty.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
